The description of Montio is simple and elegant, it is a great looking font from designer Thanarat Vachirukul and the publisher, Katatrad (previously Behaviour). Our take is it would work well on websites and on lifestyle projects that demand a typeface to convey freshness, crispness and a sense of joy or well-being. Each to their own however, as this typeface could very well work on an identity/branding project that necessitated a feel of femininity or approachability.
We think Montio is well suited for bloggers and display purposes, but would love to push its boundaries as we think the four different styles bring an added dimension that could take a project further than anticipated.
